Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a large-scale solar manufacturing facility.
  • Drive production performance, plant efficiency, and operational KPIs.
  • Oversee maintenance, safety, manufacturing excellence, and plant administration.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across manufacturing and support functions.
  • Lead workforce management across high-volume manufacturing operations.
  • Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational stability initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and EHS standards.
  • Support expansion and scale-up initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Build and develop strong leadership teams across the location.
  • Partner with HR and management teams on workforce engagement and industrial relations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 18-25 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale manufacturing plants or locations.
  • Experience as Plant Head, Site Head, or Location Head preferred.
  • Strong exposure to production, maintenance, operational excellence, and safety.
  • Experience handling 1,000+ workforce and large operational scale environments.
  • Engineering degree preferred; strong diploma candidates may also be considered.
