Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure the timely procurement of raw materials.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the plant team to achieve production targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

  • A degree/diploma in engineering, preferably in chemical or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience in managing plant operations in the construction chemical industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
