Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end paid marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels.
  • Define channel mix, budget allocation, and revenue growth roadmaps.
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall funnel performance.
  • Manage and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.
  • Identify opportunities across landing pages, checkout journeys, and customer experience to improve conversion rates.
  • Lead creative strategy, messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps in partnership with creative teams.
  • Build a structured experimentation framework to identify new growth levers, audiences, and formats.
  • Own performance reporting, attribution analysis, and actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, creative, and leadership teams.
  • Mentor and lead performance marketing specialists while driving execution excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-9 years of experience in performance marketing within D2C, e-commerce, consumer, or retail businesses.
  • Strong strategic and hands-on expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue while maintaining profitability.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margins.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing returns.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exposure to conversion rate optimization, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
