Job Description

  • Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Management: Manage and expand the company's global patent portfolio, including drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications. Provide legal advice on valuable intellectual property rights such as patents, technical data, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights and trademarks.
  • Develop Patent Strategy: To develop the patent strategy of the company so as to secure the interests of the company and reduce its possible exposure.
  • Compliance and Legal Updates: Stay current on developments in patent law, regulations, and industry trends to ensure continuous compliance and inform strategic planning.
  • Litigation and Enforcement Support: Manage and support patent litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel
  • Legal Counsel and Collaboration: Provide legal guidance to product, design, and marketing teams on IP matters, fostering a culture of innovation and IP awareness within the organisation



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in law with a focus on intellectual property and patent law.
  • Professional experience in patent filing, prosecution, and litigation.
  • Experience in managing wearable technology, Wearable device related patents is preferred.
