We are seeking an accomplished IT Audit Partner to lead and expand our Technology Audit & Assurance practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT risk, controls, digital transformation assurance, and regulatory compliance. This is a strategic leadership role involving practice growth, client advisory, delivery excellence, and team development.

Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of IT audit frameworks: SOX, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2.
  • Expertise in ITGCs, application controls, and technology risk management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-country audit engagements.
  • Strong executive presence, client advisory skills, and communication excellence.
  • Business development experience with a track record of revenue growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, Cybersecurity, or Technology Assurance.
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 or top consulting/advisory firm preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in practice building or partner‑level leadership.
