Job Description

The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head/Senior Partner on execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations. Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have/be:

  • Law Graduate with 7+ years of post qualification experience in the Law Firm space
  • Experience in assisting on Corporate transactions for clients across sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
