About Our Client

The hiring organisation is a full service Law Firm with presence across multiple locations

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents along with commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-6 practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and represent the Firm at industry events and conferences.
  • Engage in business development initiatives for the Team and Firm and independently explore business development leads for the Firm.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Law Graduate with minimum 8+ years PQE in the Law Firm space
  • Experience in leading Corporate transactions end-to-end for clients across sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to build teams and mentor juniors to grow the practice
