Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency within the manufacturing unit.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process optimization projects effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements across operations.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A B.tech or Bsc in Chemical or any other discipline
  • Proven experience of min 8 years in operational excellence
