Job Description

  • Assist with operational activities related to evergreen investment products.
  • Coordinate and maintain records with transfer agents, fund administrators, custodians, and external partners.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing management of financial intermediaries and platform partners.
  • Work with treasury and finance teams to monitor cash balances and transactions.
  • Contribute to compliance reviews and ensure accurate investor documentation.
  • Respond to account inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute operational and regulatory reporting.
  • Participate in improvement projects and collaborate across international time zones.

The Successful Applicant

Profile of successful applicant: 2-4 years of experience in fund operations or related fields; bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or similar; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including reconciliation, data validation, variance analysis), strong PowerPoint abilities; familiarity with fund operations and alternative investment vehicles; experience with transfer agents, fund administrators, custodians, or broker-dealers preferred.
