Job Description

  • Own P&L and drive revenue, growth, and profitability across marketplace, quick‑commerce, and D2C channels.
  • Scale performance across key online platforms (catalogue, pricing, visibility, operations, NPS, conversion funnels).
  • Build and execute acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and repeat‑rate strategies in partnership with growth marketing teams.
  • Work closely with brand marketing to strengthen category positioning, brand identity, and customer trust.
  • Lead D2C platform performance.
  • Drive forecasting, planning, demand shaping, and inventory optimization for online channels.
  • Use data and analytics to drive funnel improvements, contribution margin, pricing strategy, and customer insights.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing online business team, instilling a culture of experimentation and ownership.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience scaling marketplace e‑commerce, quick‑commerce, and D2C businesses.
  • Strong background in women's fashion apparel / D2C apparel / BPC category with understanding of category dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Proven experience as a P&L owner, revenue lead, or growth/marketing leader driving multi-channel digital scale.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with growth marketing and brand marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and operational skills; comfortable with NPS improvement, brand building, and funnel metrics.
  • A high-ownership leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands both brand and performance levers.
  • Creative, customer‑focused, and skilled at taking digital fashion brands from early traction to scale.
  • D2C experience and handling marketplace business is mandatory.
