Job Description

  • Lead administration and ongoing support of the OneStream platform
  • Support financial consolidation, close, reporting, and planning processes
  • Manage system maintenance, enhancements, and performance optimization
  • Drive OneStream implementations, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements
  • Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for technology teams
  • Manage metadata, dimensions, workflows, and security access
  • Coordinate with internal technology teams and external implementation partners
  • Identify and deliver process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Act as the key liaison between Finance and Technology functions

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4-5+ years of hands-on OneStream experience
  • B.Com or M.Com qualification
  • Strong finance systems consulting or GCC background
  • Experience across OneStream administration, maintenance, implementations, and upgrades
  • Good understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, planning, and close processes
  • Able to convert finance business requirements into technical requirements
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of Finance and Technology
  • Able to independently own and drive OneStream-related initiatives
  • Implementation experience preferred over pure support experience
