Job Description

  • Supervise the complete order-to-cash cycle, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on cash flow, collections, and related metrics.
  • Manage customer disputes and resolve billing issues effectively.
  • Oversee a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Support the finance department in audits and other financial processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful O2C Head should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the order-to-cash process within the retail industry, particularly fashion or apparel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
