Job Description

He/she will report directly to the India Tech Hub Network Security Tower Lead. He/she is responsible for overall RUN team support expertise for Network Security Tower and L3 technical escalations.This role will require extensive collaboration with all Global Infra teams at Global / Zone level and within the Infra India Tech Hub team to sustain the model over time and improve continuously the services either internal, external or mixed.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

* Responsible for technical delivery of his expertise

* Escalation points for L3 which is in charge

* L1.5, L2, L3 skills validation responsibility

* Following the defined rules & procedure backup of the Tower lead during holidays / Days Off

* Could be on duty for specific transformation during no business hoursKEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS

* Oversee Infrastructure Operations: Manage deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of his domain expertise

* Mentor Team: Guide and develop infrastructure engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth.

* Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies and ensure regulatory adherence for infrastructure.

* Resolve Complex Issues: Act as an escalation point for major infrastructure problems and lead troubleshooting efforts

* Continuous improvement : Provide feedback of RUN activities (process, documentation,….)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Network - Tech Lead Zscaler should have:

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
  • Proven track record overseeing Network: Zscaler Internet Security, Remote Access, DLP, Partner accesses
  • Experience multi-site or international is highly desirable.
  • Experience in complex environment
  • Troubleshooting, root cause analysis
  • Fluency in English
  • Working during CET times



  • Certification : Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer
