Job Description

  • Manage Cloudflare network services to maintain reliable and secure connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance and address service issues quickly.
  • Investigate network incidents and restore services with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain network configurations and technical records for clear service control.
  • Work with Technology colleagues to plan and deliver network changes.
  • Review network performance trends and identify practical improvements.
  • Test network updates before release to reduce service risks.
  • Work with external providers where needed to resolve network issues.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing Cloudflare network services.
  • Practical knowledge of network monitoring and incident handling.
  • Confidence troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues.
  • Experience planning, testing and delivering network changes.
  • Ability to maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Experience working with technology teams and service providers.
