Job Description

Solution Architecture and Design :

*Architect for design, integration and management of Cisco Meraki and Enterprise solution.

*Architect for design, integration and management of Authentication solution.

*Analyze current business processes, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to develop security of our network solution.

*Develop high-level and detailed architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and integration designs.

*Ensure solutions align with enterprise security architecture, regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.), and industry best practices.Implementation & Integration:

*Oversee the migration to Cloud managed platform of the global Wi-Fi architecture.

*Oversee the evolution of the Global authentication architecture.

*Collaborate with IT, Métiers, and application teams to adapt design and solutions.

*Make sure standard and procedures match L'Oréal Operation Excellence ambitions

*Guide and support technical teams during implementation and optimization phases.

*Level 3 support (escalation) for India Tech Hub Run team for his perimeter.

*Define and enforce standards and procedures.

*Ensure solutions support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.

*Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies*Attends design committees with Global Network team and work in pair with his peers to define the Network architecture strategy.

*Develop detailed network architecture blueprints and integration diagrams tailored to business and technical requirements.

*Lead architecture discussion and translate the decisions in High Level Design documents and operational procedures

*Establish technical standards, patterns and best practices

*Validation of Document solutions designs , data flows and integration points.

*Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting support to implementation and operations teams.

*Participate in technical workshops , design sessions and code reviews.

*Participate with implementation team for Automation.

*Present architectural solutions, technical decisions and progress updates to stakeholders.

*Able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

*Stay updated on identity technologies trends and incorporate enhancements or optimizations.

*Design and supervise the integration of solutions with identity environment.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Technical Competencies

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

*Strong expertise on Wi-Fi standards and protocols

*Strong expertise on Cisco Meraki, Cisco Enterprise

*Strong expertise on Authentication mechanisms and protocols - Cisco Identity Services Engine knowledge is a must have.

*Expertise on Infrastructure as code (Python, Ansible, AWX)

*10+ years of experience in complex network environments

*Certification : Cisco CCIE Wireless is strong advantage for this position

*Certification : Cisco CCIE Security is strong advantage for this position

*General shift business hours : from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM ISTProfessional Competencies & skills

*Excellent communication and coordination skills.

*The international work environment demands strong organizational and intercultural skills. Experience in an English-speaking environment is mandatory.

*Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

*Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.

*Capacity to document each technical services such as Technical framework, runbook, knowledge based.

*Attention to detail, security mindset, autonomy, synthesis capabilities, proactive and solution oriented.
