Job Description

  • Achieve excellence and consistency in service delivery to clients across channels and across all products and services. Towards that :
    • Define role of SRM with respect to service to clients, support to RMs and input towards improvement of end-to-end processes
    • Define and implement processes from a client-first perspective while also achieving efficiency
    • Building/maintaining the service relationship manager (SRM) talent, in terms of quality as well as capacity to support the demand
    • Training SRM team on standardized processes as well as soft skills
    • Develop a succession plan for regional SRM heads
    • Ensure career path for SRMs and Development Plans in place
  • Define and own end-to-end clientlifecycle management coveringonboarding, maintenance (service and reviews) and closure
    • Review SRM, OBP and Account Opening model and restructure to bring efficiencies
  • Manage any client complaints expeditiously and fairly and derive continuous improvement from them
  • Be the customer champion in all change projects that impact the client experience
  • Drive any execution expected of the front office, specially SRMs. Eg remediations, transitions



The Successful Applicant

  • ~15 plus years of relevant work experience in client servicing role in wealth management/asset management/mutual fund industry
  • Built or transformed a national service function from scratch OR scaled it significantly
  • Delivered measurable outcomes like:
    • Improved NPS / client satisfaction
    • Reduced cost-to-serve
    • Faster onboarding / TAT
