Job Description

  • Define and execute logistics and warehousing strategy across retail, B2B, and e-commerce
  • Lead WMS implementation, optimization, and system integrations (ERP, OMS, TMS)
  • Drive advanced analytics for network design, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
  • Oversee RDCs and depots, ensuring service levels, productivity, and cost efficiency
  • Build omnichannel fulfilment capabilities including ship-from-store and returns management
  • Establish KPI dashboards, performance analytics, and continuous improvement programs
  • Manage 3PL partners and lead large, multi-site logistics teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Logistics Head should have:

  • 15+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain leadership roles
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-location distribution operations
  • Hands-on expertise with Tier-1 WMS platforms (SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle)
  • Proven exposure to retail, FMCG, fashion, footwear, or omnichannel environments
  • Deep analytical capability with data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and managing senior stakeholder expectations
