Job Description

  • Design and develop customised Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other business systems.
  • Optimise system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all CRM processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics CRM features and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(Online).
  • Experience in CPQ is a plus
  • Recent experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions with experience in experience with Sales and Marketing. Field Service is a plus
  • Development experience with Dynamics CRM (OData, Plugins, Workflows, API integration using SDK).
  • Experience in using the Visual Studio and source control (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft Dev Ops).
  • Integration experience with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), SFTP.
  • Experience working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Support and Issue Resolution.
  • Solving performance problems, tuning & optimization.
  • Ensuring High availability and Disaster recovery.
  • CRM administration, best practices, and health checks
