Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strategic alignment: Develop a strong, daily based coordination with the Global EndPoint Lead to ensure alignment with the global DWP strategy and roadmap. Apply and execute the Global DWP strategy within his tower.

* Team leadership & resource management: Oversee BUILD and RUN teams' activities, ensure continuity of expertise within the tower. Directly manage Tech Leads, Product Owner, Architect, Project Manager), monitor their performance. If required, act of point of contact/ escalation with managed capabilities suppliers (L2, L3 support).

* Guarantee operational excellence: Coordinate with Tech Leads to manage shifts for RUN activities (L2, L3 support). Ensure timely incident resolution and effective change management. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to monitor and improve RUN performance.

* Continuous improvement: Propose and implement sustainable action plans that enhance efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of the processes.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Technical Competencies

▪ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

▪ 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure

▪ Experience managing multi-site or international teams is highly desirable.

▪ Proven track record overseeing: EndPointsolution and services (Defender, Bitlocker, MAC, Packaging, Tanium, SCCM)

▪ ITIL Certification Professional A successful Modern Workplace - Tower Lead EndPoint should have:▪ Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures

▪ Strong Management skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop Teams

▪ Strong organization and communication skills

▪ Strategic mindset

▪ Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

▪ Analytical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure

▪ Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment

▪ Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable and secure IT services

▪ Cybersecurity sensitivity

▪ High integrity and professionalism

▪ Fluency in English

▪ Working during CET times
