Job Description

  • Resolve complex Windows desktop and workplace system issues to minimise disruption for users.
  • Investigate recurring device, software and access issues and identify practical fixes.
  • Manage advanced support tickets and keep users updated until issues are closed.
  • Maintain Windows device settings, configurations and user access in line with business needs.
  • Work with technology teams to resolve issues that need deeper technical input.
  • Document solutions and troubleshooting steps to improve future issue resolution.
  • Review workplace system performance and flag issues that may affect users.
  • Help deliver stable Windows workplace services for teams in Shanghai Jing'An.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and workplace support.
  • Experience resolving complex Windows device and software issues.
  • Ability to investigate technical problems and find clear solutions.
  • Confidence managing support tickets and keeping accurate records.
  • Experience working with technology teams on technical issue resolution.
  • Ability to document troubleshooting steps and technical solutions clearly.
