Job Description

  • Manage and optimise manufacturing science and technology processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  • Support the implementation of new technologies and methods within manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the production processes.
  • Develop and review technical documentation, including validation protocols and reports.
  • Provide technical support during audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance technical expertise across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all MST-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MST Manager should have:

  • Experience in manufacturing science and technology within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes and regulatory requirements.
