Our client is an innovative deep-tech robotics company focused on bridging the gap in Industrial manufacturing and assembly operations by building intelligent, highly dexterous robotic systems for their customers. The organisation designs hardware, sensors, actuators, and control systems in-house and is driving the adoption of advanced automation solutions through robotics and Physical AI technologies.

Job Description

  • Leading concept development and detailed mechanical design of complex systems and subsystems
  • Developing 3D CAD models, preferably using Fusion 360 or equivalent platforms
  • Performing static and dynamic FEA analysis using tools such as Ansys or Abaqus
  • Driving Prototyping, Testing, assembly, and production readiness activities
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and external vendors to ensure high-quality product delivery

The Successful Applicant

An Ideal candidate will have

  • B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Design Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience designing and developing complex mechanical rotating systems, ideally within robotics, automation, electromechanical products, or advanced machinery environments
  • Strong foundation in applied mechanics, strength of materials, component sizing, mechanisms, manufacturing processes, DFM, and GD&T
  • Strong understanding of engineering mathematics and physics, including geometry, trigonometry, calculus, kinematics, dynamics, and material properties
  • Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams would be advantageous
