Job Description

  • Work with the MD's office to shape and track strategic priorities.
  • Review business information and highlight points that need action.
  • Prepare clear reports, presentations and updates for leadership discussions.
  • Help convert business plans into practical project plans and timelines.
  • Track key initiatives and follow up on agreed actions with internal teams.
  • Bring together information from Accounting & Finance and other business teams.
  • Support planning discussions with data, research and structured analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of strategy projects, decisions and progress.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working on business strategy, planning or project tracking.
  • Ability to review data and turn it into clear business insights.
  • Confidence preparing reports, presentations and leadership updates.
  • Strong organisation skills to manage several priorities and follow-ups.
  • Comfort working with finance-related information and business plans.
  • Ability to work with different internal teams on shared projects.
