Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Property department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand's image and goals.
  • Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Create and manage promotional materials to support the Property team.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies to optimise online presence and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Office leasing marketing Research, plan and deliver content and marketing strategies to create best-in-class office leasing campaigns and collateral that drive revenue, fulfil our leasing pipeline, improve conversion ratio, and build brand awareness while maintaining a good reputation as a leading property company in India. 2. Manage the creation of effective marketing/sales collateral's, white papers, communique, presentations, asset video, project photography and management of digital asset library etc. 3. Support and spearhead content creation for the region to be used for website, blog, social channels, etc., ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and correctness of published content 4.Work closely with the PR team to ensure that PR opportunities are being maximized 5. Align content to SEO goals to improve search engine ranking for the assets handled Research and positioning 1. Working with the AVP Office Marketing, undertake regional and local research to identify market gaps, challenges and opportunities to position our assets for growth.
