Job Description

  • Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead digital marketing across paid, performance, SEO, content, and organic channels.
  • Drive global demand generation and pipeline creation.
  • Develop and execute field marketing programs, events, webinars, and partner initiatives.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to improve marketing-sourced revenue outcomes.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Track key KPIs including pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience managing both paid and organic acquisition channels.
  • Exposure to field marketing, events, ABM, and partner marketing programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with sales leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and execution capabilities.
