Job Description

  • Lead manufacturing strategy and execution across multiple plants / locations
  • Drive capacity utilization, productivity, cost optimization, and operational scalability
  • Build standardized systems, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks across sites
  • Align manufacturing with business growth, expansion, and customer commitments
  • Own enterprise KPIs: OEE, yield, throughput, cost per unit, quality, and safety and Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead greenfield / brownfield expansions, commissioning, and production ramp-up
  • Drive Industry 4.0, process innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologies
  • Ensure consistent quality systems across all plants and Drive regulatory, customer, and operational compliance and Build zero-defect and zero-harm culture
  • Lead Plant Heads / Site Leaders across locations



The Successful Applicant

Education: Engineering degree required

Experience:

  • 20+ years in large-scale manufacturing
  • Proven multi-plant / cluster leadership experience
  • Strong exposure to high-volume, technology-driven manufacturing environments
  • Candidates should be working in Advanced Manufacturing ,Electronics, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor, Automotive and Precision Engineering sectors
