Job Description

This is a strategic transformation leadership role, responsible for connecting business and technology across countries and converting complex business requirements into a prioritized, value-driven transformation roadmap. The role will work directly with Country/Regional Leadership, Global Process Owners, Excellence, Automation, Technology, and Senior Management to determine what should be migrated, what should be transformed, what should be automated, what should be standardized, and what should be retired.Key Responsibilities

Global Transformation Portfolio: Lead governance of the global transformation portfolio across countries and functions, translating business strategy into prioritized initiatives, roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.

* Global Stakeholder Management: Partner with country, regional, and global stakeholders to understand processes, business priorities, local variations, application dependencies, complexity, and readiness, and consolidate these into a common transformation roadmap.

* Cloud Migration Prioritization: Work with Technology to assess and prioritize Cloud Migration initiatives based on business criticality, readiness, complexity, risk, dependencies, effort, cost, and business value, while defining the migration sequence and roadmap.

Excellence & Automation: Partner with Process Excellence and Automation teams to identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, digitalization, consolidation, and legacy retirement before or during migration.

* Executive Governance: Lead steering committees and governance forums, providing senior leadership with clear visibility of portfolio status, migration progress, investment, capacity, benefits, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

* Benefits & Value Realization: Govern business cases and track productivity/FTE benefits, cost savings, efficiency, quality, and cycle-time improvements, ensuring measurable and validated business value.

* Capacity & Workforce Planning: Translate the transformation roadmap into future HC, skill, capability, and vendor requirements, balancing demand, capacity, priorities, and delivery commitments.

* Risk & Dependency Management: Own portfolio-level RAID governance, proactively identify cross-country and cross-functional risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of critical blockers.

PMO Digitalization: Establish a data-driven PMO using Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Power Automate, SQL, Excel, and PPM tools to improve portfolio visibility, automate reporting, and enable data-driven decisions.

* Vendor & Commercial Governance: Govern strategic vendors and partners across delivery, quality, capacity, SLA, cost, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation strategy.

* Enable leadership to make informed decisions on what to migrate, transform, automate, standardize, consolidate, or retire-while ensuring the right priorities, resources, and investments deliver measurable business value.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in PMO, Transformation, Portfolio, or Program Leadership, with proven capability in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale global or multi-country transformation portfolios.
  • Strong experience engaging with country leadership, senior executives, global process owners, and technology leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, Technology Modernization, Process Excellence, or Automation.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios involving multiple countries, business functions, applications, and technology dependencies.
  • Strong experience in business case development, portfolio prioritization, benefits realization, capacity planning, and executive governance.
  • Experience in GCC / GBS / Shared Services / Global Operations environments is highly desirable.



TECHNOLOGY & ANALYTICS

Strong working knowledge of: Advanced Excel | PowerPoint | Jira | Confluence | Power Automate | SQL | PPM Tools Knowledge of Cloud platforms, RPA, AI/GenAI, APIs, workflow automation, process mining, and data analytics is an advantage.EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Preferred * PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2
