Job Description

  • Lead payroll operations for a European region.
  • Manage and develop the payroll team.
  • Drive payroll process improvements and automation.
  • Partner with HR, Finance and payroll vendors.
  • Ensure payroll compliance and governance.
  • Support Hire-to-Retire operations.
  • Lead stakeholder management and service reviews.
  • Drive payroll transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate will bring in 10-15 years of payroll experience with strong exposure to European payroll operations within a shared services, GBS or multinational environment.
  • Proven people leader with expertise in stakeholder management, payroll compliance, process improvement and transformation initiatives.
