Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Manage legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Assist in the development and review of company policies from a legal perspective.
  • Support the team in regulatory filings and documentation processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to the engineering industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • Proven expertise in contract management and legal advisory.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to travelling to client's plant locations
