This is a secondment role for a Legal Manager who will lead end-to-end commercial contracting, advise on technology law, data privacy, and regulatory matters, and support business growth across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Job Description

  • Own client, vendor, and commercial contracts end-to-end
  • Advise on technology, privacy, TMT, RBI, SEBI, and FEMA matters
  • Exposure to global markets across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East
  • Work directly with business leaders on strategic deals
  • Opportunity to build legal frameworks in a leading RegTech company

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • LLB
  • 3-5 Years of experience in commercial contracts
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS/IT companies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and compliance.
  • Location: Mumbai
