Job Description

  • Develop and implement training programmes for employees.
  • Identify learning needs through collaboration with teams and leaders.
  • Create engaging content for workshops and e-learning platforms.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.
  • Partner with external training vendors when required.
  • Maintain records of training activities and progress.
  • Stay updated on learning trends and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A background in learning and development or human resources.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to design and deliver training programmes.
  • Confidence using tools for e-learning and content creation.
