Job Description

  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns for business insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Support decision-making by providing actionable insights.
  • Optimise processes using data-driven strategies.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay updated on new tools and techniques in data analytics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 5-10 years' operating in a Data Management (Data mapping, data transformation, data migration) - preferably within an agency environment.
  • Prior experience in consumer durables, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred  Proven experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and working with large data sets.
  • Experience working with ERP & CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or similar
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.)
  • Experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Experience with forecasting, clustering, regression, or other advanced statistical techniques.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory requirements.
