Job Description

  • Support and manage Mac OS devices and mobility solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mac OS and mobility.
  • Work with Entra ID to manage device authentication and access.
  • Ensure smooth integration of mobility solutions with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve device performance and user experience.
  • Assist with software updates and configurations for Mac OS devices.
  • Document technical processes and maintain system records.
  • Provide second-level support for mobility-related queries.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong knowledge of Mac OS and mobility solutions.
  • Experience working with Entra ID for device management.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work well in a technology-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with managing software updates and configurations.
