Our client is a leading global financial services group with expertise in retail lending and financing solutions.

Job Description

  • Oversee drafting, review, and filing of legal documents and maintain case records
  • Handle skip and fraud matters, including loan defaults, EMI non‑payment, and against company/employee‑related cases
  • Execute police liaisoning and on‑ground legal proceedings
  • Manage court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations, coordinating with external counsel



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - Litigation Role should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of litigation processes and legal frameworks in the financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, along with in‑house legal exposure
  • Candidates based in Bangalore preferred
  • Fluency in Kannada
  • High performer with strong negotiation skills
