An organisation operating in the healthcare industry, based out of Bengaluru

Job Description

  • Assist with legal documentation and filing related to litigation cases.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on ongoing cases.
  • Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain organised records of all legal files and case updates.
  • Support the team in preparing reports and summaries for litigation matters.
  • Conduct basic legal research as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on legal deadlines and tasks.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • PQE : 7-8 years of litigation experience with 2-3 years in the chambers of a Senior Advocate
  • Experience of practicing at different forums
  • Experience working with legal documentation and litigation processes.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with legal teams and external parties.
  • Familiarity with basic legal research tools and methods.
