Job Description

The Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing and enhancing lending products, including eligibility criteria, pricing, loan tenure, ticket sizes, and repayment structures.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, customer acquisition trends, repeat customer penetration, and asset quality metrics.
  • Analysing repayment patterns, delinquency indicators, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lending Products, Credit Policy, Banking, NBFCs, Fintech, or Microfinance.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, lending processes, and portfolio management.
  • Experience in product design, portfolio analytics, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
