Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including leases, vendor agreements, NDAs, customer contracts, and regulatory documentation.
  • Manage real estate transactions, title due diligence, land agreements, and RERA-related matters.
  • Lead dispute resolution and litigation strategy, while managing external legal counsel.
  • Drive compliance across employment laws, real estate regulations, and data protection requirements.
  • Develop compliance calendars, governance policies, risk frameworks, and legal SOPs.
  • Partner with leadership, HR, and key stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and investor-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of legal experience with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure.
  • Strong expertise in real estate law, including leases, title diligence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience handling disputes and managing external counsel.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
