(iv) any matter that concern the operations of the hotels across UK, Europe and Melbourne.Commercial Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, negotiate, and vet a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, franchise agreements, IT/technology agreements, and employment contracts.Contract Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support teams to address contract-related queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of agreements.Legal Notices & Correspondence: Review legal notices and correspondence received by the company, coordinate with relevant stakeholders on the appropriate course of action, and draft replies, notices, and other legal communications.Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct legal research on commercial laws and regulations and advise business teams on the legal implications of contracts, transactions, and business operations.Negotiations & Risk Management: Negotiate commercial terms with vendors, customers, and business partners; identify legal risks, propose risk-mitigation strategies, and facilitate commercial approvals and sign-offs.Contract Lifecycle Management: Maintain contract databases, monitor contract lifecycles, and ensure proper filing, documentation, tracking, and record management of legal documents.Intellectual Property Support: Coordinate with external IP counsel for trademark filings, oppositions, renewals, and prosecution matters; review trademark search reports; finalize responses to examination reports and maintain an updated trademark portfolio.Litigation Management: Coordinate with external advocates on litigation matters, including case filings, pleadings, written statements, responses, and other legal proceedings, while maintaining records of ongoing cases.Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice, opinions, and practical business-oriented solutions to key stakeholders on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and commercial matters.Policy & Compliance Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who has:A degree in law (LLB or equivalent).Experience in handling legal matters in the airline travel or related industry.Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.Good communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.What's on OfferA permanent role in the travel industry.Opportunities to work on diverse legal matters.Based in Gurugram, a key hub for the industry.If you're interested in this role, feel free to apply.Quote job refJN-072026-7063994Job summaryFunctionLegalSub SectorCorporateWhat is your area of specialisation?Leisure, Travel & TourismLocationIndiaJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-072026-7063994
