Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across the FMCG/BPC business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distributor, influencer, employment, lease, NDA, and service contracts.
  • Oversee compliance with Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics, Consumer Protection, DPDP, Environmental, ASCI, and other applicable laws, including license renewals and regulatory filings.
  • Provide legal advisory and risk assessment support to management on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters.
  • Handle litigation, legal notices, consumer disputes, and intellectual property matters, including trademark filings, renewals, and infringement management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognized institution
  • Previous experience in legal roles within the FMCG/Consumer/Retail/E-Commerce industry
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and business functions
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays off)
