Job Description

  • Provide legal advice on employment laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review employment-related contracts and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and workplace regulations.
  • Handle legal disputes and manage relationships with external counsel.
  • Support HR teams with legal guidance on employee matters.
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and update policies accordingly.
  • Conduct training sessions on employment law compliance.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership on legal issues.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A law degree and strong knowledge of employment laws.
  • Experience in handling legal matters related to employment.
  • Good communication and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
