Job Description

  • Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts across supply chain, operations, logistics, manufacturing, marketing, and corporate partnerships.
  • Advise business teams on contractual risk, commercial structuring, and regulatory implications in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment (including use of AI tools and CLM platforms).
  • Oversee and manage all legal and compliance matters in the healthcare domain.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and applicable laws.
  • Manage corporate secretarial tasks and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
  • Support core governance deliverables including board processes, statutory filings, and compliance tracking.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Law (LLB) and Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
  • An overall PQE of 7-12 years. Law firm experience would be an advantage.
  • Preferred industries: FMCG, Pharma, Healthtech, E‑commerce, Startups.
  • Strong knowledge of legal regulations and corporate governance in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven expertise in handling contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Excellent research skills with an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
