Job Description

  • Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings.
  • Assist with risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on regulatory changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • PQE: 3-5 years
  • LLB+CS
  • Experience in legal documentation and contract review.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Preferably knowledge of consumer Protection law, intellectual property, and other corporate laws.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
