Job Description

Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while identifying risks and ensuring alignment with internal standards.

Contract Lifecycle Support: Manage contract intake, review key terms, track obligations, and monitor renewals and compliance risks through CLM systems.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear guidance on contracts and support smooth execution.

Legal Technology & CLM: Use CLM tools to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and improve templates and processes.

Risk, Compliance & Governance: Support risk identification, audits, and compliance efforts while contributing to policies and playbooks.

The Successful Applicant

· 5-9 years PQE in commercial contracting

· Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

· Exposure to technology, SaaS, fintech, or services-based environments preferred

· Working knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and CLM tools

· Ability to work in a high-volume, structured delivery environment

· Fintech/Financial Services sector experience desirable
