Job Description

  • Draft and review contracts and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice to different teams in the company.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
  • Support the business in managing legal risks.
  • Work on regulatory filings and maintain legal records.
  • Assist in creating policies aligned with legal standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws that affect the company.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
  • At-least five years of work experienc
  • Experience with a tech platform/ startup is mandatory
  • Good understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
