Job Description

* Strong commercial contracting experience - someone who can draft, review, negotiate, and advise with a clear understanding of the business behind the contract.

* Experience handling service agreements, vendor/customer arrangements, intra-group transactions, corporate structuring, and related documentation.

* A strong general corporate advisory foundation, with the ability to give practical legal opinions on day-to-day business matters.

* The judgement to independently identify legal and commercial risk - and the maturity to offer solutions, not just objections.

* Comfort working closely with business, finance, operations, product, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

* Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

* A business-first legal mindset - sharp on law, clear on risk, and pragmatic enough for a company building in real time.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A law degree with at-least 8 years of experience
  • Prior law firm experience is mandatory
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
