Job Description

  • Draft and review contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal advice to internal teams.
  • Manage legal risks and resolve disputes.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors when needed.
  • Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
  • Work on Master services agreements
  • Work on Global contracts especially with parties in the USA

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in law with at-least ten years of experience
  • Experience in services industry
  • Experience with US Contracts
