Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor, supplier, and customer agreements.
  • Identify legal and business risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Maintain an organised repository of all contracts and other documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in global contract drafting, negotiation, and management preferably for US and EU businesses, particularly in SaaS, licensing and technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the tech industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, analytic skills and detail oriented.
