Job Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including IT, SAAS,customer, vendor, partnership, licensing, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Provide practical legal guidance on commercial, technology, privacy, and regulatory matters.
  • Assess and mitigate legal risks while balancing business objectives.
  • Manage contract workflows, templates, and repositories using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, preferrably SpotDraft.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Procurement, Finance, Security, and Leadership functions.
  • Support the development of legal policies, contract playbooks, and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • PQE : 4-6 years
  • Experience in reviewing and drafting legal documents.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of CLM tools, preferably Spotdraft is mandatory
