Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, etc.
  • Support the business with contract lifecycle management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations
  • Identify legal risks and suggest simple, effective mitigation strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Consultant - Temp should have:

  • LL.B / LL.M
  • 2-5 Years PQE
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume contract work efficiently
  • Available to work immediately
