A leading FMCG organization with a strong presence in the consumer goods sector, known for its diverse portfolio of food and wellness products.

Job Description

  • Provide legal advisory on product claims, packaging, labeling, and advertisements in line with FSSAI and food safety regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts across supply chain, procurement, sales channels, treasury, HR, and operations.
  • Support legal requirements across multi‑channel distribution including e‑commerce, modern trade, and institutional sales.
  • Drive compliance, governance initiatives, and audits while ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable laws.
  • Manage IP, employment law matters, and litigation including disputes, notices, and coordination with external counsel.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Consultant should have:

  • LL.B/LL.M, 3-6 years of Post Qualification Experience
  • Strong experience in commercial contracting across supply chain, procurement, distribution, and vendor agreements.
  • Familiarity with FSSAI regulations, product advisory (labelling, claims, packaging), and broader regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience handling IP matters, labour and employment laws, and coordinating litigation/disputes with external counsel.
